On behalf of the Brothers of the Berkeley (CA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., it is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our website. I am honored and privileged to serve as the Polemarch of this great chapter. I am proud to lead the effort in continuing the work we do in the SF Bay Area.
We have begun a great work, but our job is not finished.
We now stand on the soldiers of the great leaders of the Berkeley (CA) Alumni Chapter who came before us.
The Berkeley (CA) Alumni Chapter remains committed to community service, as well as awarding scholarships for high school graduating seniors in the SF Bay Area.
We continue to have incredible brotherhood, and community events in the SF Bay Area. Some of our annual events include the Black & White Ball, Turkey Drive, Booker T. Washington Christmas Toy Drive, Black Joy Parade, and the Coach Brown Community BBQ.
We are passionate about education, and continue to raise money for college scholarships. Through our Non-Profit’s great work Bay Area Community Project (BACP), we were able to give out scholarships to high school academic achievers, totaling over $21,000.
Whether we are mentoring youth, providing scholarships to high school seniors, or supporting families and children in need, we constantly seek ways to have a positive and sustainable impact on our community.
