Tremayne is a spring 1996 initiate of the Gamma Theta Chapter at Bethune-Cookman College. In addition, Tremayne is the chair of the social impact committee and spends a great deal of time supporting the Guide Right initiatives.
Tremayne describes himself as a result driven, passionate HR leader with 15+ years of progressive HR experience that focuses on enabling the business to meet its strategic goals while also building /strengthening the talent pipeline. He has a proven track record for building great partnerships, collaborating and providing trans-formative coaching and advising leaders at varying levels.
Tremayne has led teams of up to 80+ HR professionals with up to 9 direct reports and has provided strategic HR partnership to a variety of different industries and functions including the following; Technology, E-Commerce Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, Retail, Health Care, Engineering, Real Estate, Store Development and Loss Prevention. These experiences include union and non-union workforce as well as exempt and non-exempt demographics. Most leaders have acknowledged his balance approach in meeting the company’s objectives and building management/leadership capabilities. He has an innate ability for leading and motivating others and has been recognized for increasing overall engagement scores.
Tremayne currently functions as a Sr. HR Leader for LinkedIn where he mainly provides HR partnership for the Engineering and International divisions within the company. Tremayne has an extreme passion for the business of diversity and inclusion and believes that we all must play a role in ensuring that all individuals are provided an equal/fair opportunity to achieve success in the workplace.
Tremayne obtained his BA degree in Political Science from Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, FL and his Masters in Public Administration from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.
